Premium Book Now Available
The premium book, which provides a complete listing of all competitive events at the 2009 Mercer County Fair, is now available online. It can be read using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can either scroll through the entire book as if you were paging through the printed version or you can use the bookmarks tab in Acrobat Reader to jump to the department of interest.
Departments A through P1
All departments A through P1 use our standard entry form. You may use this form to enter:

The downloadable entry form, which is also a pdf file, must be printed out, completed and mailed into the Mercer County Fair office by the entry deadline. All entries, except Departments J (Gardening) and L (Floriculture), must be postmarked by June 30, 2009.
Entries in Departments J & L can be made until 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14.
Digital Scavenger Hunt
You must take one picture in each of six categories just prior to or during the 2009 Mercer County Fair
1) Activity during
the Fair,
2) People at the Fair,
3) Structures or buildings
on the Fairgrounds,
4) Contests at the
Fair,
5) Ribbons at the
Fair and
6) Livestock at the
Fair.
The pictures must be submitted electronically by Friday night, July 17, at midnight. The winner will be announced Saturday afternoon. All rights to the pictures must be transferred to the Mercer County Agricultural Society for use on their web site. Any people featured prominently in the pictures must agree to be photographed and sign a release form stating that their photograph can be used to promote the Mercer County Fair.
Queen Pageant
Entries in the Little Miss, Junior Miss and Miss Mercer County Fair Queen Pageant are made online.
